Ecorations™ does not share customer information with any third party unless it is required to do so by law. We use your personal information that we collect to conduct our business and to provide you with the best possible products and services.

Cookies: When you visit our online store, we may use both a session and a cookie. This cookie may contain information (such as a unique user ID) that is used to track customer and IP information to help us better serve you. If you create an account, your cookie allows us to recognize you when you return to our catalog and provides you with access to your account information, order history, and saved cart items.

To better provide you with product information and services, we strictly maintain an email list of our customers who have requested notification of product and event information. Security

The security of your transaction is of the highest importance to us. To help prevent unwarranted disclosure of our customer’s personal information and secure it from theft, we utilize SSL (Secure Socket Layering) technology.

Ecorations™ encrypts your name, address, credit card number and any other personal information with SSL, the industry standard for secure online transactions. SSL allows us to automatically establish a secure connection with your Web browser and render information unreadable to anyone who tries to intercept it. When you enter your credit card number into the order form, it is scrambled, transmitted across the Internet, and then decoded when it gets to us. SSL was developed by Visa, MasterCard, and other major electronic commerce companies to safeguard the online shopping consumer. Note that email is not a secure form of data transmission so please do not provide us with any sensitive payment information via email.

We take the utmost care in guarding your information with appropriate levels of data security, however we cannot guarantee or warrant the security of information transmitted to or from our website, and you do so at your own risk. Please review the following basic terms about your use of and purchase of products from the Ecorations™ web site. Please note that your use of the Ecorations™ web site constitutes your agreement to follow and be bound by these terms.

Unless otherwise noted, all materials, including images, illustrations, designs, icons, photographs, video clips, and written and other materials that are part of the Ecorations™ web site (collectively, the 'Contents') are copyrights, trademarks, trade dress and/or other intellectual properties owned, controlled or licensed by Ecorations™. The Ecorations™ web site as a whole is protected by copyright and trade dress, all worldwide rights, titles and interests in and to which are owned by Ecorations™.

Products displayed on the Ecorations™ web site are available for purchase while supplies last. The prices displayed are quoted in U.S. Dollars and are valid and effective only in the United States.

Ecorations™ has made every effort to display and describe our products. The designs, size and colors of our products that appear on the web site may vary slightly depending on your monitor.  If a product offered by Ecorations™ is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition.

We reserve the right to make changes to the Ecorations™ web site, policies, and these Terms of Use at any time.

Shipping and Handling

Shipping is available online to the US, Canada and the UK.   Shipping can be arranged to other international countries by emailing us at This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it with your order and the address to which the order will be shipped.   Our default shipping method is via the United States Postal Service Priority Mail, which offers 2-3 day delivery to most locations.  Overnight shipping is also available.  Arrangements can be made to ship via UPS or FedEx by contacting us at This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. Our shipping charges are calculated automatically through the USPS database based on weight and zip code.  All ustomers with orders of $75.00 or more will automatically receive $10.00 Eco-Dollars to use on their next purchase. 

We ship orders Monday - Friday, generally within 48 hours of receipt, unless otherwise specified. Monogrammed Santa Sacks are delivered in 3-4 weeks.  Orders placed after 1:00PM Eastern Time Friday, or on weekends and holidays, will ship on the next business day.

We try to do all we can to minimize waste and be good stewards of the environment. For those of you that share our sentiment, you should know that the USPS Priority Mail boxes we use are Cradle to Cradle Certified for their eco-intelligent design.

Returns and Exchanges

If for some reason you are not completely satisfied with your Ecorations™ purchase, or you have received merchandise that has been damaged during shipping, we will gladly work with you to have the merchandise returned or replaced. Please notify us within 7 days of receipt of the merchandise by sending an e-mail to This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it or write to us at: Ecorations™, LLC P.O Box 297, Clemmons, NC 27012 and we will assist you with the return process.

You can return the merchandise for a full refund or credit (shipping is not refundable). Returns must be in their original condition and received by Ecorations™ within 30 days of your notification e-mail. Make sure you keep all original packaging materials. Please allow up to two billing cycles to see your credit on your statement.
